Are you interested in making a fresh and healthy start this year? We know it can be difficult to stick to your resolutions, especially when it’ s cold and miserable outside, but a key mood-booster (annoyingly) is exercise. So we have put together a quick list of new fitness trends that will not only keep you on the move, but are fun too!
order prednisone Boom Cycle
Boom Cycle is a high energy, bike based, indoor cycle class. Similar to spinning, Boom Cycle is intense but you have the sounds of the music to keep you going, hence the ‘Boom’ in the title. We would recommend going with the knowledge that the class will not be easy, just remember to cycle to the beat of the music.

House of Voga
What is Voga we hear you ask?! Voga is a combination of yoga and vogueing. Voga is a great way to incorporate a bit of fun to your normal yoga workout and it consists of normal yoga mixed in with Madonna’s Vogue poses. We actually cannot wait to try this, plus it doesn’t even matter if you’re a beginner!
